Welcome to APN Plumbing & Heating Ltd. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services

We provide plumbing, heating, gas, and related services as agreed in your quotation or service agreement.

All work will be carried out by qualified engineers in line with current UK regulations and industry standards.
2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be confirmed by phone, email, or written acceptance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out charge.

Emergency call-outs are subject to availability and may carry additional fees.
4. Payments

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or approved credit/debit card.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and materials used.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow maintenance advice.
6. Access & Customer Responsibilities
-
Customers must provide safe access to the property and relevant systems (e.g., boilers, water mains).

Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
-
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of income, accommodation costs).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Complaints

Complaints will be handled in line with our customer care policy.
9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
